Rebecca Phillips is an experimental pop artist from London with a neoteric, multidisciplinary vision. She explores dysfunctional intimacy - fizzing idiosyncratic takes on the euphoria and alienation of modern life. She combines film, theatre, contemporary and experimental sound, lyrics and the latest technology including VR visuals, to form storyscapes and experiences where audio and visual coalesce. Having even collaborated with architects on her music video, Under Me, her vision knows no bounds.

Her self-directed music videos and song releases have been recognised by HYPEBEAST, Resident Advisor, i-D, BBC Radio 1 XTRA,  Notion, Complex UK, CLASH and more. She sold out her debut live show at the October Gallery, replete with 3D visuals and an interactive sculptural set and styling. In 2023 Phillips bought out her EP, Etherized where she was the featured guest on Nina Kehagia’s experimental electronic Devil's Dancer's show on Resonance Radio. The release of Etherized was premiered on Radio Raheem in Milan as part of an exclusive singjay set. This was accompanied by a release party gig in the city.

Rebecca co-founded and performed at her night Juicy Nuisance at the Glove That Fits. There will be many more of these events to come. Her theatre includes Parallax at the Almeida, Tentacles at the Lyric Hammersmith, as well as a scratch of her play, Hoops at Hackney Showroom. Her co-directed reality short Tia was screened at the Barbican’s DIY festival. Ingrown, a VR experience, was shown on a screen off Carnaby Street, in an exhibition curated by digital design company TwoMuch.Studio.
